
Ernesto’s journey in technology began at the age of 10, typing code to create video games on a Commodore 64. He started his professional career as a software developer in 1998 and has never looked back. Over the years, he built software solutions for business telephony, including IVRs and call management systems.
Before founding SIP Caller, Ernesto spent 15 years at 3CX, where he led the development of the Call Flow Designer and all CRM integrations. Working closely with 3CX customers and partners, he saw firsthand the challenges they faced when trying to build a dialer using the CFD—an experience that sparked the creation of SIP Caller.
Gustavo’s tech adventure kicked off as a kid, diving into the vibrant world of personal computers during the iconic Texas Instruments and Commodore era. With boundless curiosity, he taught himself to program and even built his own machines, sparking a lifelong passion for technology.
Armed with his Electronic Engineering degree, Gustavo charged into professional software development, where he gained experience building advanced telephony solutions for several telecom giants. As a co-founder of SIP Caller, Gustavo pours his passion for programming, systems administration, and deep database know-how into creating outbound calling solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
