Getting certified as a SIP Caller partner used to take more coordination than it should. Starting today, the whole process lives in the SIP Caller Partner Console: your engineers start an exam when it suits them, and everything that follows, from the certificate to your new discount, happens automatically.
The certification is available at partner.sipcaller.com/certification. Start an exam attempt, answer the questions, and get your result as soon as you submit your answers. There's nothing to schedule and no one to wait for.
The questions are grouped by topic and cover every section of SIP Caller:
The best way to prepare is our documentation, which includes everything the exam asks about.

Once you pass the exam, the rest is automatic:
Your engineers are the ones who install, configure, and support SIP Caller for your customers, so they should be the ones getting certified. You can now invite them to the Partner Console with the new Certification Candidate role.
This role gives access to the certification only. Certification Candidates can't see your customers or any of their data, so you can invite as many engineers as you need without compromising your customers' privacy.
SIP Caller is evolving fast. In the last few months alone, we've added new AI Providers, MCP Servers for AI Conversational Agents, campaign priorities, and new REST API methods, and there's a lot more on the way. A certification earned two years ago doesn't reflect what the platform can do today.
That's why certifications are now valid for 18 months. You can renew yours during its last 90 days, by taking the exam again before it expires.
Your company keeps the Certified partner level, and the discount that comes with it, as long as at least one of your team members holds a valid certification. Having several engineers certified, and renewing on time, makes sure you never lose it. It's also a good opportunity for your team to catch up on everything that's new, and to make sure your customers get the most out of SIP Caller.

A regional Google Cloud outage caused by a power event took our London infrastructure offline today, and campaigns in the Europe - United Kingdom (London) region stopped making calls. The issue is now fully resolved. We explain what happened, apologize for the interruption, and show how to switch your phone system to the next nearest region, such as Milan, so your campaigns keep calling if it ever happens again.

The past few weeks have been an exciting journey for the SIP Caller team as we traveled across Europe to meet with distributors, partners, and industry professionals. While video calls have become part of everyday business, nothing replaces the value of meeting face-to-face, exchanging ideas, and discussing the future together. Our tour took us to three incredible destinations, each reinforcing the importance of collaboration and the strong partner network that continues to drive SIP Caller forward.

This July, the SIP Caller team will embark on an exciting journey across Europe, meeting with distributors, partners, and industry professionals while sharing the latest developments in our platform. As SIP Caller continues to expand globally, these face-to-face meetings are an invaluable opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and discuss the future of outbound communications, automation, and customer engagement.
