Bringing the Platform Closer to UK Users

To better serve our growing user base in the United Kingdom and surrounding regions, SIP Caller has deployed a new server in London. This addition enhances call quality and reduces latency, especially for users in the UK, but also for many customers across Northern and Western Europe.

A Boost for European Campaigns

Until now, our European users connected primarily through our infrastructure in Italy. With the London server now operational, customers closer to the UK can benefit from faster call setup times, lower round-trip delays, and improved audio performance.

How to Use the New Server

To take advantage of this new server, users will need to adjust the configuration of their phone system in the SIP Caller management console. A new “Europe - United Kingdom (London)” region is now available and can be selected when configuring the PBX connection for your campaigns.
