We’re excited to announce two new SIP Caller improvements that, while seemingly small, make a big difference in day-to-day workflows. These updates are designed to help you work faster, reduce manual steps, and get more value from your existing campaigns.
Until now, duplicating a campaign in SIP Caller was an all-or-nothing choice:
That worked, but it often meant extra cleanup or manual filtering afterward.
You can now duplicate a campaign and choose exactly which numbers to include, based on their status in the original campaign.

When duplicating a campaign, you can select filters such as:
This allows you to quickly create a new campaign based on a previous run—without exporting lists, re-uploading files, or manually adjusting data.

With descriptions, your team gains clarity, traceability, and better compliance control.
Individually, these features may look like minor enhancements. Together, they significantly simplify campaign management and reduce operational friction—especially for teams running high-volume or recurring campaigns.
As always, these updates are available immediately in SIP Caller, and no additional configuration is required.
If you have feedback or ideas for further improvements, we’d love to hear from you.
Happy dialing! 📞
