Create a black list
POST
/v1/accounts/{accountId}/blackListsCreates a new, empty black list. Then, add numbers to it, and select it in the blackListIds of your campaigns.
Path parameters

ID of your SIP Caller account. See Account ID.
Request body
namestringRequired
Name of the black list, between 2 and 99 characters. It must be unique in the account.
Returns
Returns the new black list object, with status 201 Created. If the name is already in use, returns 409 Conflict.
