Create a contact list
POST
/v1/accounts/{accountId}/contactListsCreates a new, empty contact list. Then, add numbers to it.

ID of your SIP Caller account. See Account ID.
Request body
namestringRequired
Name of the contact list, between 2 and 99 characters. It must be unique in the account.
Returns
Returns the new contact list object, with status 201 Created. If the name is already in use, returns 409 Conflict.
