Number Details Report
Overview
This report provides detailed information about the status of each number in a SIP Caller campaign. The data can be easily sorted, filtered, and exported.
For each number, we include the following information:
- Number: the number to call.
- Variables: when variables were provided for the number, this will show the values for these variables.
- Attempts: how many times this number has been called in the context of this campaign.
- Added At: when the campaign type is “Dynamic”, this column shows when the number was added, as the same number could be added multiple times.
- Status: the status of this particular contact, which can be “Not Contacted”, “Contacting”, “In Black List”, “Success”, “Retry Pending” or “Failure”.
Selecting & Ordering Columns
From the “Columns” button you can choose which columns are visible, and which are hidden, and you can also use drag & drop to change the ordering as you prefer. By clicking on a column header, you can sort the data by that column.
Applying Filters
The report data can be easily filtered, in order to find the information you need. Just click the “Add Filter” button, select the field you want to filter, and choose the value.
Exporting the data
The “Export” button lets you download the data that is currently being filtered by the report, to a CSV file. The filters and ordering conditions are honored and only the selected data will be downloaded.
