The reports provided by SIP Caller bring valuable insights to understand what happened with the calls made for a campaign. You can run these reports while a campaign is running, or once it has finished.

We provide detailed call by call reports, and also summarized reports including charts and exportable data.

Call Details Report

This report includes the details of each call made by SIP Caller. More information here.

Number Details Report

This report provides detailed information about the status of each number in a SIP Caller campaign. More information here.

Campaign Analysis Report

This report shows summarized information about the calls made by SIP Caller. The information is presented in different chats, for different metrics. More information here.

Input Results Report

This report shows summarized information about the input provided by customers. The information is presented in a different chart for each input. This report might not be available when the call flow for a campaign is not requesting input from the user. More information here.
