The dashboard provides a general overview of the status of your account, including real time information, like the number of calls being made right now; statistical information, as the progress of your campaigns; and billing information.
This section shows the number of total calls made during the current day (according to the current user time zone), how many of those calls were answered, and the answer rate.
When the current user only has access to specific campaigns due to the configured tags, then the information shown considers only the data accessible to this user. Therefore, for the same account, 2 different users might see different data.
In this section we can see the number of campaigns currently active, how many are paused, and the campaigns that have recently finished. The information shown is for the campaigns that are visible by this user.
This card shows information about the current plan in your account. Here you can see the number of simultaneous calls you can make, and the subscription you have, if any.
This is the number of calls being made right now for your entire account. The information shown might be restricted to what the current user can see according to permissions.
In this section you can see the status of all the extensions you have registered. If there are registration errors, you will see them here. You can also see how many calls are being made on each extension (real time data).
The Campaigns section shows active, paused, recently canceled, and recently finished campaigns. From here you can see the overall progress of each campaign, useful metrics and charts, access real time estimations about when the campaign will finish, and quickly access full reports.
