Black Lists

A black list contains numbers that must never be called, such as customers who asked not to be contacted, or numbers in a national Do Not Call registry. When a campaign uses a black list, its numbers that are in the black list are not called, and are reported with the Blacklisted status.

A black list can be used by many campaigns, and changes to its numbers apply immediately to all of them. Use the API to keep your black lists in sync with the opt-out records of your own systems. See Black Lists in the user guide for more details.
