Reports

Reports give you the results of a campaign, so you can update your own systems, build your own dashboards, or analyze the performance of your campaigns.

• The call details report contains one record for every call made, with its ring result, answer type, durations, the inputs of the contact, and the final outcome.
• The number details report contains one record for every number of the campaign, with its current status and number of attempts, including deleted numbers.

To get call results in real time instead of reading the reports periodically, use the Call Ended webhook. See Reports in the user guide for more details.

Timestamps ending in Local are in the time zone of the campaign.
