Overview

The Audit Logs section provides a full history of events related to your account. It allows you to track what happened, when it happened, who triggered it, and from where — giving you full visibility and traceability over all significant actions performed on your account.

Reading the Log

Each entry in the audit log displays the following information:

• Date & Time — When the event occurred.
• Event — The type of event that occurred.
• IP Address — The IP address from which the event was triggered.
• Triggered by — The user or API Key responsible for the action.
• Details — Relevant event information in JSON format, providing the full context of the action.

Filtering and Ordering

The audit log list supports ordering and filtering, making it easy to find specific events. You can narrow down the results by event type, date range, or the IP address from which the event was triggered.

Tracked Events

The following events are recorded in the audit log:

Account

Event	Description
Account Created	A new account was created.
Account Updated	Account settings were modified.
Account Closed	The account was closed.
Account Suspended	The account was suspended.
Partner Unassigned	A partner was unassigned from the account.
Partner Assigned	A partner was assigned to the account.

Trial

Event	Description
Trial Started	A trial period was started.
Trial Updated	The trial was updated.
Trial Expired	The trial period expired.
Trial Canceled	The trial was canceled before expiration.

Invoices

Event	Description
Invoice Created	A new invoice was generated.
Invoice Paid	An invoice was paid.
Invoice Canceled	An invoice was canceled.

Subscriptions

Event	Description
Subscription Started	A new subscription was started.
Subscription Renewed	An existing subscription was renewed.
Subscription Past Due	A subscription payment is overdue.
Subscription Expired	A subscription reached its end date.
Subscription Marked for Cancellation	A subscription was scheduled for cancellation at the end of the current period.
Subscription Canceled	A subscription was canceled.
Subscription Replaced	A subscription was replaced by a different plan.

Members

Event	Description
Member Logged In	A team member logged into the console.
Member Invited	A new team member was invited.
Member Invitation Accepted	An invited member accepted their invitation.
Member Updated	A team member's details or permissions were updated.
Member Deleted	A team member was removed from the account.

API Keys

Event	Description
API Key Created	A new API Key was created.
API Key Updated	An existing API Key was updated.
API Key Deleted	An API Key was deleted.

Phone Systems

Event	Description
Phone System Created	A new phone system was added.
Phone System Updated	A phone system was updated.
Phone System Deleted	A phone system was deleted.
SIP Connection Tests Created	SIP connection tests were initiated.
SIP Connection Test Failed	A SIP connection test failed.
SIP Connection Test Succeeded	A SIP connection test passed successfully.

Call Flows

Event	Description
Call Flow Created	A new call flow was created.
Call Flow Updated	A call flow was updated.
Call Flow Deleted	A call flow was deleted.
Call Flow Archived	A call flow was archived.
Call Flow Unarchived	A call flow was restored from the archive.

Campaigns

Event	Description
Campaign Created	A new campaign was created.
Campaign Updated	A campaign was updated.
Campaign Deleted	A campaign was deleted.
Campaign Activated	A campaign was activated and scheduled to run.
Campaign Paused	A running campaign was paused.
Campaign Resumed	A paused campaign was resumed.
Campaign Canceled	A campaign was canceled.
Campaign Started	A campaign started making calls.
Campaign Finished	A campaign completed all its calls.
Campaign Archived	A campaign was archived.
Campaign Unarchived	A campaign was restored from the archive.
