The Settings section gives you access to all the settings of your SIP Caller account: the account itself and its users, your own profile, the default values and lists used by your campaigns, the AI providers, your plan, and the integrations with your own systems. To open it, go to “Settings” in the menu of the Web Console.
The options available depend on the roles of your user. For example, only users with the Administrator role can manage users, and only users with the Administrator or Billing Manager role can change the plan. See User Management for the list of roles.
- Account Details: change the name of your account, set up the campaign tags that control which campaigns each user can access, or cancel your account.
- User Management: invite users to your account, and define their roles and campaign tags.
- My Profile: your personal information, including your name, preferred language and time zone.
- Notifications: choose the events that send you email notifications, for each account you are part of.
- Campaign Defaults: the values used to pre-configure new campaigns, such as working times, call setup and call retries.
- Holiday Groups: lists of dates when campaigns remain inactive.
- Contact Lists: reusable lists of numbers to call, with optional values for each number, that you can use in multiple campaigns.
- Black Lists: lists of numbers that should not be called, assigned to your campaigns as needed.
- AI Providers: the credentials SIP Caller uses to connect to Azure, Gemini, Grok or OpenAI.
- AI Voicemail Detection: agents that use AI to identify whether a call was answered by a human, a voicemail or an IVR.
- API Keys: keys that let your applications use the SIP Caller REST API.
- Webhooks: notifications sent to your systems in real time when campaigns change state or calls end.
